The terms that apply when you use ASO Signal.

The service

ASO Signal is an ASO research workspace that matches app context with Apple search signals. Results support decisions; they do not guarantee rankings, downloads, or revenue. Apple data and store conditions may change over time.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials.
• Only add apps and content you have the right to use.
• Do not evade quotas, automate abuse, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
• We may restrict access that threatens security or service integrity.

Subscriptions and billing

Free has no charge. On the web, Indie is USD 8.99 per month and Portfolio is USD 24.99 per month. Current monthly and annual iOS prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen. Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle and iOS subscriptions by Apple’s App Store; taxes and local totals appear in the relevant checkout. Paid plans renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Plan capacities are described on the pricing page and enforced server-side.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you provide about your app and grant permission to process it to deliver the service. The ASO Signal brand, interface, and original software belong to Cobalative Studios. Public Apple metadata remains subject to its source terms.

Availability and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except for mandatory consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
