Cancellation & refunds

You stay in control of your subscription.

Paid plans are billed by Paddle on the web and by Apple in the iOS app for the monthly or annual period you select. This page explains cancellation, access, and refund handling.

Plans

Free: $0; no credit card required.
Indie on the web: $8.99 per month.
Portfolio on the web: $24.99 per month.
Current monthly and annual iOS prices are shown on the App Store purchase screen.
Applicable taxes and currency conversion are shown at checkout.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel a web subscription through Settings → Plan and billing → Manage subscription in the Paddle customer portal. Cancel an iOS subscription in App Store subscription settings. Paid access continues until the current billing period ends.

Refunds

Refund requests for web purchases are assessed under Paddle’s policies. Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases, which must be requested through Apple purchase support. This policy does not reduce mandatory statutory refund rights.

Plan changes

Manage web subscriptions in the Paddle customer portal and iOS subscriptions in App Store subscription settings. Plan capacity is applied after the relevant payment provider verifies the change.
